Man Arrested Near Hayward for Driving Under the Influence, 6th Offense

Robin R Mahn, 54 years of age, from Park Falls has been arrested by the Wisconsin State Patrol Spooner Post for operating a motor vehicle under the influence, 6th offense.

At 9:00pm a Wisconsin State Patrol Trooper stopped a vehicle for loud exhaust on Hwy 77 east of Hayward. During the course of the traffic stop it was determined the driver, Robin R. Mahn had been drinking. Field sobriety tests were done and Mr. Mahn was arrested for 6th offense felony OWI and open intoxicants in a motor vehicle.

Mr. Mahn agreed to give a blood sample. Blood was taken without incident at the Hayward Hospital. Mr. Mahn was transported to the Sawyer County jail where he will be held for court.
