A crash occurred at the junction of U.S. Highway 63 and River Road Alley four miles south of Hayward at 3:10 on November 24, 2017, involving two vehicles.
A 1998 GMC Sierra pickup truck driven by Kevin Utphall, Franklin, Wis, was southbound on Hwy 63 stopped at the intersection waiting for traffic to clear before turning into River Road Alley.
