Prior to beginning her radiation therapy, Daisy wrote the following to her church. She wanted to share it with everyone. I hope I made you smile, I hope I touched your heart, If I didn’t, I’m sorry – I mean to do my part. Tomorrow I start radiation therapy on my brain. If it changes me -Please know- When I love I mean it. When I care it’s sincere. I’ve lived a wonderful life. Peaks and valleys all count. So much energy wasted on anger and grudges. This world needs love and the Lord.

I “R” Daisy

Daisy also wanted to share a word given to her by the Lord: “I will touch your hair and caress your face. You are Mine sayeth the Lord.”
